Per verificare il corretto rilevamento dell'hardware del portatile, digitare in un terminale il seguente comando:

La scheda video è una «Intel 945GM», di conseguenza gli effetti 3D dovrebbero funzionare con i driver installati in modo predefinito.

Per gli effetti 3D andare su Sistema → Preferenze → Aspetto → Effetti Visivi e abilitare una delle opzioni elencate.

Per abilitare il Wireless andare su Sistema → Amministrazione → Gestore driver con restrizioni e abilitare i driver wireless.

Per abilitare il Modem 56kbps andare su Sistema → Amministrazione → Gestore driver con restrizioni e abilitare i driver del modem.

Touchpad

Riconosciuto automaticamente

Il touchpad funziona correttamente anche con la modalità "multi touch", per abilitarlo basta andare su Sistema → Preferenze → Mouse e sulla scheda Touchpad settare lo scorrimento come Scorrimento a due dita.
