Dovete semplicemente scrivere
sudo smart fix
Probabilmente smart non sara' installato nel vostro sistema, e quindi dovrete prima installarlo.
Smart per ubuntu lo trovate qui:

Scaricate l'ultima versione (supponiamo abbiate architettura i386)
(ci sarebbe da scaricare anche la dipendenza python2.4-gtk2 ma chissenefrega, serve per gli rpm quindi in ubuntu non serve e infatti smart funziona lo stesso)
Riassuntino:
